Freelance Technical Writer – AI CRM (Contract, Short-Term)
We are an AI CRM startup and we’re looking for a freelance technical writer to help us build out our first customer-facing documentation hub. Scope of Work - You’ll own the first full pass of our technical documentation, including: - Designing the documentation structure / table of contents - Writing clear, concise, step-by-step articles (onboarding, setup, workflows, troubleshooting, FAQs) - Capturing and annotating screenshots or lightweight GIFs where helpful - Drafting at least 15–20 articles across core workflows, onboarding, agent usage, and troubleshooting - Delivering in Notion (we’ll host there to start, then expand to a docs site later) Qualifications - Proven experience writing customer-facing docs/tutorials for SaaS or developer tools - Ability to quickly learn and explain new products (bonus: CRM, sales, or AI tool familiarity) - Strong command of plain, friendly, professional English - Comfortable working with screenshots, Notion, and simple design tools Apply tot his job
