Sales Support Analyst

Informa TechTarget is a leading company in the B2B technology space, seeking a dynamic Sales Support Analyst to join their team. The role involves providing essential pre-sales support and collaborating with various departments to drive successful sales initiatives. Responsibilities Develop a comprehensive understanding of TechTarget’s products and pricing by working closely with various pre-sales and post-sales departments Request campaign inventory and collaborate with internal teams to get program parameters in place to set forth client recommendations Price out products for proposal components in various formats: Develop PowerPoint presentations Format details into agency templates (Excel) Draft Statements of Work (SOWs) and approve Insertion Orders (IOs), Purchase Orders (POs), and sales contracts Oversee and distribute approved Insertion Orders, ensuring proper circulation to relevant teams Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Finance teams to manage contract bookings, revenue allocation and invoicing needs Act as the primary support for our sales team, responding swiftly to needs and aiding in business achieved Skills Strong oral and written communication skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and deadline-driven environment A detail-oriented mindset with excellent organizational and time-management skills Proficiency in CRM systems, PowerPoint, and Excel A flexible, team-oriented approach with a problem-solving mindset Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) required 1-3 years of experience in sales support, account management, or a related field Benefits Great community: a welcoming culture with in-person and online social events, our fantastic Walk the World charity day and active colleague groups and networks promoting a positive, supportive, and collaborative work environment Broader impact: take up to four days per year to volunteer with a philanthropic organization Career opportunity: the opportunity to develop your career with bespoke training and learning, mentoring platforms and on-demand access to thousands of courses on LinkedIn Learning.
