Remote User Engagement Manager

Change / Engagement Manager Insight Global is seeking a remote Change / Engagement Manager for a large pharmaceutical client in the PA / NJ area. This person is joining a larger team responsible for Data Science / Machine Learning platforms and tools. This person will join an existing project with the goal of providing user engagement, change management, and communications to business users to drive adoption / engagement. This person will be responsible for executing change and communication strategy by creating various types of content. This person will be responsible for developing user guides, communications, training documentation, videos / newsletters SharePoint maintenance, and supporting project management activities. This person will also work closely with development teams, project teams, and stakeholders / users to develop these. The pay rate for this role starts at $40 per hour. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
