About the Role
We are building a high-performance sales team for The Dollar Writers, a fast-scaling publishing brand focused on:
• Reader Series
• Lifestyle & self-development books
• Digital reading products
• Branded notebooks and writing materials
We are hiring multiple sales professionals to focus on specific product lines and revenue channels.
This is a performance-driven role for individuals who already understand how to sell and close.
What You Will Be Responsible For
• Selling digital and physical book products
• Selling bulk orders, partnerships, and distribution opportunities
• Identifying and pursuing new revenue channels
• Positioning our reader series to the right audiences
• Driving consistent sales activity and results
Each hire may focus on a specific category, such as:
• Reader series collections
• Digital products (eBooks)
• Lifestyle and self-development content
• Branded merchandise (notebooks, writing materials)
Performance Expectation (First 30 Days)
All hires are expected to demonstrate performance quickly.
You will be evaluated based on:
• Activity
• Strategy
• Execution
• Ability to generate results
This is not a training-based role — this is an execution role.

• You are new to sales
