You’ll work closely with Sales and Marketing peers, and also with Engineering and Delivery teams to ensure the efficiency of the business impact you bring. This role requires curiosity, eagerness to learn, testing new approaches, and, ideally, the natural ability to “sell me this pen”.What you’ll be doingGenerate new business opportunities via both inbound and outbound lead generation;Own the full sales cycle: from prospecting to signing contracts;Identify and reach out to potential leads through LinkedIn, email, Upwork, and other channels;Keep accurate records of prospect interactions and maintain CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot);Collaborate with hiring, marketing, engineering, project, and delivery teams;Share feedback on lead quality, messaging effectiveness, and improvement opportunities;Proactively suggest and implement changes to optimize pipeline generation and improve sales performance.What you’ll need2+ years of professional experience in sales and lead generation, ideally in an IT outsourcing company;Proven success in outbound lead generation (LinkedIn, Upwork, etc.);Hands-on experience with sales tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and CRM systems such as HubSpot;Successful track record of pipeline generation – from opportunity research to signing the contracts;Excellent organizational skills, critical thinking, and practical problem-solving;Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally;Proactive learning mindset and curiosity;English proficiency at C1 level or higher.What you’ll get at Syndicode15 days of vacation, 11 days off for holidays, and 20 sick leave days per yearFully remote jobEducational supportInternal tech meetupsContinuous feedback within teams and departmentsTop-notch team Ability to participate in decision-making and bring new ideasSelf-management: opportunity to manage your time and plan your activitiesDynamic fast-growing environment: we react and adapt quickly to the world’s and market changes.Originally posted on Himalayas
