About the Role This is an in-the-field, business-to-business sales position. You'll work directly with business decision-makers to develop customized supplemental insurance solutions that meet their unique needs. Key Responsibilities Sales and Business Development Drive new business growth by promoting supplemental insurance solutions directly in the field, going business to business. Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Consistently meet sales goals by identifying opportunities, addressing client needs, and maintaining ethical sales practices. Training and Mentorship Provide hands-on training and coaching to new sales representatives to help them succeed. Lead by example to inspire, motivate, and cultivate a high-performance culture. Conduct workshops and individual training sessions to foster professional growth and team success.
