About the Role:
ARTHOUSE is the latest addition to TodayTix Group’s portfolio of brands. Our team specializes in crafting inspiring and impactful digital marketing campaigns to engage and expand a show’s viewership. We leverage data, combined with top-tier ticketing solutions, to guide audiences through the exciting journey of discovering shows to purchasing tickets.
ARTHOUSE is looking for Graphic Designers, to help with off-site projects, primarily for clients in the live entertainment/theater industry. The types of projects range from social advertising assets, landing page design, HTML email marketing & banner ads.
As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for taking creative design concepts and translating them into polished, compelling assets across digital, out-of-home, social platforms, and print when necessary, ensuring brand alignment and technical accuracy. You will be responsible to ensure visual consistency across all brand touchpoints while adhering to project timelines and client specifications, utilizing strong technical skills in design software to optimize graphics for digital distribution. Designers should understand visual communication across today’s many platforms. Knowledge of the latest trends in social media and design is a plus.
Please note: this is a freelance/part-time dependent, project-based role. Hours will vary depending on the project’s requirements, but will not exceed 20 hours per week.
Paid Hourly: Range of $50-$85 per hour, depending on experience.
What You Will Do:
• Design and produce high-quality digital graphics & animated assets including banners, social media ad assets, social media posts, landing page elements, email templates, and other visual assets as needed.
• Maintain brand guidelines by ensuring color palettes, typography, and visual style are accurately applied across all design elements.
• Resize and format graphics (static and animated) for different digital platforms (web, mobile, social media) while maintaining visual quality and usability.
• Work closely with the Creative team to ensure seamless integration of visuals with content and functionality. Strong ability to refine designs and incorporate feedback efficiently and timely, based on input while maintaining high-quality standards.
We’re Looking for Someone With:
• 3-5 years of experience of detail-oriented in-house or freelance Graphic Design
• A portfolio showcasing polished, well-thought design in a hands-on role
• Strong motion design experience and skills, primarily focused in Adobe After Effects
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Eagle-eye for details like spotting alignment issues and inconsistencies
• Strong sense of typography
• A deep understanding of how technical factors affect designing for the digital space
