It’s why our clients have chosen us as their trusted customs broker and global trade advisor for over 30 years.Job Description:We’re looking for a results-driven Sales Professional with excellent interpersonal skills to identify new sales opportunities and grow our existing customer base both through acquisition of new clients as well as organic growth with our current customer base within northern Ontario.Present, promote and sell customs brokerage, consulting and freight forwarding services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.Reach out to prospective customers through cold calling.Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.Accurately track sales leads, opportunities, current customer interactions and competitor information through SugarCRM.Complete RFP/RFQ requests for existing and potential clients.Work in conjunction with parent company through mutual internal sales program to identify opportunities for both groups.Travel within vast northern Ontario sales territory for customer facing meetings and tradeshows - overnight travel is required.Achieve agreed upon sales targets on a quarterly & annual basis.Continuous improvement through feedback and professional development.Qualifications:3+ years of identifiable sales experience within the customs brokerage and global logistics markets.Bachelor’s degree and/or college degree or equivalent (preferred)CCS/CTCS Designation through CSCB (preferred)Highly motivated and target driven with proven track record in sales - valid drivers license and reliable vehicle required.
