They are seeking a consulting firm to execute a marketing campaign aimed at growing individual donor contributions and unrestricted revenue, starting by July 2026.ResponsibilitiesRefinement of marketing plan for 2026, including:Key messaging, target audiences, collateral to be developed, marketing channels, and advertising budget breakdownKPIs to track progress and ROIExecution of marketing plan, including:Collateral developmentExecution of all marketing/advertising activitiesGuidance for PSI’s end-of-year email campaign messaging and design. (EOY campaign to be executed in-house at PSI)Measurement of success in 2026 and preliminary recommendations for 2027Measurement of progress against KPIsAnalysis and recommendations for adjustment and improvement in 2027SkillsDemonstrated experience in development and execution of successful digital acquisition campaigns, ideally for a range of nonprofit clients with proven success increasing individual donor revenueDemonstrated experience in graphic design, video creation, collateral development, digital advertising strategies, PR/media placements, and other marketing strategiesAbility to analyze data, make data-driven decisions, and deliver results on time and within scopeTrack record of delivering measurable value to nonprofit clients' fundraising strategiesCreative and people-oriented with the ability to brainstorm and generate new and unique ideas as solutions to issuesStrong grasp of current trends in individual giving to U.S. nonprofitsCompany OverviewPopulation Services International is a nonprofit global health organization.
