**Job Summary**

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through multilingual support and solutions expertise. You'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries, communicating with customers over phone, email, and chat, and helping customers navigate our website and online ordering system. If you're fluent in both verbal and written English and Spanish, have a passion for customer service, and are eager to grow your career, we want to hear from you!

**Key Responsibilities**

* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
* Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and concerns
* Help customers navigate careerzynith's website and online ordering system to ensure a seamless shopping experience
* Become a product and solutions expert by learning about our products, pricing, and shipping options
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service

**Minimum Requirements**

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
* Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers
* Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment
