Sales & Operations Coordinator (Remote, Paid Training)

Padly is hiring a highly organized, high-energy Real Estate Operations Coordinator to manage the listing and contract process for 75+ renovated homes per year.

No prospecting.
No cold calling.
No chasing clients.

All properties are company-owned and ready to list. Your job is execution.

You must be willing and able to obtain a Georgia real estate license within 90 days of hire (company sponsored).

What You’ll Do
• Coordinate with construction when homes are photo-ready
• Schedule and manage professional photography
• List properties on MLS
• Manage ShowingTime and inbound buyer agent communication
• Present all offers to the Sales Manager in structured format
• Execute counteroffers as directed
• Manage contracts through due diligence
• Escalate negotiations when needed
• Hand off clean files to the Transaction Coordinator

You will manage 6–10 active listings at a time in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Compensation
• $40,000 - $50,000 base salary
• $400–$500 per closing
• 75+ closings per year expected
• On-track earnings: $75,000 - $100,000

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Willingness and ability to obtain a Georgia real estate license within 90 days of hire (company sponsored)

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
