Role Description This is a 1099 contract-based, remote role for a Sales Marketing Manager. In this role, you will develop and execute marketing strategies to drive sales growth and build client relationships. Key responsibilities include creating marketing plans, managing campaigns, conducting market research, analyzing customer needs and sales data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet objectives. You will identify new business opportunities and ensure alignment between marketing and sales efforts to achieve organizational goals. Qualifications • Strong skills in Marketing Strategy, Sales Enablement, and Market Research • Experience in B2B Sales, Client Relationship Management, and Business Development • Proficiency in Digital Marketing, Campaign Management, and Social Media Strategy • Strong Analytical Thinking, Problem Solving, and Data Interpretation abilities • Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal Skills • Proficiency in tools such as CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, and analytics software • Prior experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or process optimization industries is a plus • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field
