Our positions allow you to work remotely in South Africa.
It is a requirement of the Global Capability Centre Africa that you reside in a home that is fibre ready; and has space for you to be able to work comfortably and confidentially on a day-to-day basis for the purpose of your proposed employment. You can be based anywhere in South Africa and will not be able to work in a location outside of South Africa.
A Minimum of a 100 mbps upload and download speed is required, should you be successful, you will need to upgrade your line in order to work effectively.

Minimum Matric qualification
Proven success in telesales or revenue driven contact center environments, consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence customer decisions
Customer-centric mindset, skilled at identifying needs and delivering tailored solutions that drive satisfaction and loyalty
Resilience and adaptability, thriving in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while managing multiple priorities
Problem-solving ability, capable of handling escalations and providing alternative solutions to retain business
Tech-savvy and process-oriented, with the ability to quickly learn internal systems, pricing structures, and product offerings
