To support our sales team, we’re looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to best promote and sell Shiji POS solutions across the Nordics region. Job Description: Identify opportunities and close deals with new potential and existing clients by analysing the market dynamics. Build, prioritize, and manage your own pipeline. Negotiate contracts via phone, online or personal meetings, and coordinate complex decision-making processes to overcome objections capturing new business opportunities. Introduce the Shiji Product portfolio and solutions, POS, Digital Solutions & Shiji Payments. Qualifications: 5+ years experience in software POS within the hospitality or F&B IT industry. Negotiation ninja with ability to multi-task and outstanding communication skills. Results-oriented, autonomous, and initiative person with a get-it-done attitude. Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment and strong presentation skills. Deep hotel & hospitality industry knowledge and very good understanding of Cloud/SaaS business and B2B dynamics. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Nice to have Proven track record of matching or exceeding corporate objectives and quotas. Availability for national and international travel.
