Sales Manager

We're looking for a talented and passionate Sales Manager, to join CAF's Global Sales team to be our first sales representative covering North America. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth for the company in the region. You will be tasked with and executing the sales strategy that focuses on driving new business and building long-term relationships with key... customers.We know that the work we do has a high impact on our company's success and culture. The right person for this position is curious by nature, and comfortable in a "take the initiative" environment, loves solving problems, and can thrive in a fast and growing business. We are looking for those with high energy, and a passion for sales for this position.
What you'll do
Act in the capacity of a Sales ManagerWorking closely with the Head of Global Sales to develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.Own and meet/exceed annual sales targets.Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.Partner with customers to understand their business needs, pain points and objectives.Effectively communicate the CAF value proposition through discussions, proposals and presentations.Understand category-specific landscapes and trends.Research prospects within allocated sectors to create a prospect pipeline.Manage prospecting process using appropriate sales tools (Linkedin Premium, referrals, personal networks, etc).Recording detailed information and creating reporting through use of the CRM (Salesforce) Make appropriate outbound contact (phone/email/social) to move prospects to lead and closure.Provide reporting and metrics management and regular communication across all internal stakeholders. Gain feedback throughout the sales cycle and share with the wider team.Engage with marketing and other stakeholders as appropriate to ensure continuous improvement to the process.Work effectively with cross functional stakeholders to deliver the above
What you'll need
Upwards of 7+ years of experience in selling in a SaaS B2B environment and enterprise experience is beneficial. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targetsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong leadership and management skillsStrategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute a sales strategyDeep understanding of the sales process and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.Existing network and customer contacts in the identity verification industry a plus

Previous Consultative Sales or Customer management with an emphasis on account revenue growth working with Enterprise or large ISV clientsExperienced to work in a fast-paced environment; self-driven and highly motivated to excelA self-starter and confident to be our first sales rep covering a regionStrong negotiation skillsStrong understanding of IT Consulting and software development terms and conceptsGood understanding of software development terms and conceptsGood understanding of business (how to make the client successful)Travel for this role is 25 - 50% travel (national and international
