Key Responsibilities:
Drive customer service and sales growth by leading and engaging associates, managing company merchandise standards, and executing sales building programs
Train and develop associates to achieve sales and customer service goals
Manage merchandise standards, including visual merchandising, pricing, and signing processes
Oversee omnichannel operations, including buy online pick up in store, curbside pickup, and ship from store processes
Develop and execute plans to drive sales growth in specialty businesses, such as Fine Jewelry, Mattress, and Window
Coach and develop associates to achieve performance standards and drive results
