This role is a critical part of our mission to expand InnQuest’s footprint in the hospitality industry by winning new customers – particularly standalone properties and smaller portfolios that are not part of larger management groups.We’re looking for a proven closer with a strong hunter mentality, exceptional organizational skills, and a high sense of urgency. You’ll be responsible for proactively identifying, engaging, demoing, and converting new hotel prospects through a combination of outbound efforts, relationship-building, and consultative sales strategy.As a Sales Executive, your primary responsibility is to generate new logos and grow ARR through outbound prospecting, cold outreach, discovery calls, product demonstrations, and full-cycle deal management. Source and close net-new hotel and lodging clients through targeted outbound outreach, cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn prospecting
Conduct discovery calls and deliver engaging product demos tailored to individual property needs and challenges
Own the full sales cycle – from prospecting to proposal to close – with a focus on new logo acquisition and ARR growth
Build and maintain a qualified pipeline of independent property prospects and accurately forecast revenue performance
Ensure each opportunity aligns with InnQuest’s product capabilities and long-term strategic direction
Collaboration and Market Positioning
Work cross-functionally with Product, Implementation, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding and product fit
Provide valuable insights from the field to help shape go-to-market strategies, messaging, and product development
Represent InnQuest at relevant hospitality trade shows, industry events, and virtual conferences to generate leads and build brand visibility
Performance Management
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas, including metrics for new logos, demo conversions, and ARR targets
Track all sales activities, opportunities, and outcomes in Salesforce or equivalent CRM tools
Maintain a high level of daily activity (calls, emails, meetings) consistent with SDR/BDR standards and best practices
Regularly review and refine outreach strategies to improve lead conversion and shorten sales cycles
What your day will look like:
3+ years of experience in a full-cycle sales role, ideally in hospitality software, SaaS, or property technology
Proven success in cold prospecting, outbound sales, and consistently exceeding performance targets
Experience demoing software solutions to independent decision-makers, with strong storytelling and consultative sales skills
Ability to sell to independent hotels, motels, inns, and boutique properties, especially those outside of large management groups
Self-starter with exceptional organizational skills, time management, and follow-through
Strong team player with a collaborative mindset and the ability to work cross-functionally in a remote-first environment
Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), as well as Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
Fluent in English, both written and verbal is essential
Legally authorized to work in the United States
