We're Looking For Someone Who:
Continuously educates themselves in cutting-edge therapeutic modalities.
Questions traditional understandings of the mind and psychology.
Enjoys working with people.
Has excellent communication skills.
Possesses supervisory experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain a caseload of 10 clients weekly.
Supervise up to 5 clinicians, including monthly one-on-one and small-group supervision sessions.
Train clinicians in theoretical approaches, therapeutic rapport, and clinical documentation.
Attend monthly large group supervision and meetings with the lead supervisor and leadership team.
Maintain ongoing communication with the lead supervisor and leadership team.
Manage high-risk situations.
Job Details:
Type: 1099 Contractor
Location: Remote
Salary: $55-$75 per hour

Qualifications
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker
- Supervising experience
- Strong communication skills
- Proficient in behavioral therapy and applied behavior analysis
- Experience in patient care and assessment
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical documentation
- Familiarity with medical terminology and records
- Ability to provide mental health counseling
- Experience with motivational interviewing and crisis intervention

Pay: $55.00 - $75.00 per hour
