Sales Executive
Position Summary: Sales Representatives will thrive in a competitive and fast-moving sales environment. A successful candidate will play an integral role in achieving the Teamβs sales and growth goals. Candidates must be comfortable making/taking dozens of calls daily, developing partner channels, presenting in front of a group of people, generating and qualifying prospects as well as closing sales.Major Responsibilities:Broker distribution and developmentInterpreting and qualifying Requests for Proposals (RFPβs)Experienced user of Salesforce.comAbility to cold call prospects and brokersAbility to present wellness solutions with a virtual format and the use of power pointHelp to manage, implement, deliver, evaluate and improve all workplace wellness programs and resourcesAbility to be consultative in all things well-beingBecome expert in all ancillary wellness services that are offered and have the ability to provide strategic direction for prospects and current clientsAble to generate new leads via broker and direct to end user sales channels Build and sustain positive relationships with the entire Wellness IQ staffAbility to present and sell to consultants or employer groups of 50-1500 employeesInteract with staff, management and vendors to ensure operational efficiency and effectivenessFrequent travel requiredJob requirements & Qualifications:Education & Experience:College Degree Preferred3+ years of Sales, Wellness, Employee Benefits, or related experience, or any combination of education, experience and training that provides knowledge and abilities to perform the jobPassion for Health and WellnessInsurance brokerage experience specifically in employee benefits preferredSpecial Skills Required:Excellent communication skillsStrong typing skillsExcellent interpersonal and organization skillsAbility to respond professionally and accurately to requests received from a variety of clientsComputer Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.Salesforce CRM experience preferredProficiency in GoTo Meeting, Zoom or other virtual presentationJob Type: Full-time, exemptBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingCell phone reimbursementDental insuranceDisability insuranceHealth insuranceHealth savings accountLife insuranceMileage reimbursementPaid time offTravel reimbursementVision insuranceSchedule: Monday to FridaySupplemental Pay Types:Commission payTravel requirement:Up to 50% travelWork Location: Remote - We are looking to hire individuals in or around these surrounding areas:Remote - Kansas City, KSRemote - Kansas City, MO
