**Job Summary**

As a Remote Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a pivotal part in ensuring that our passengers receive top-notch assistance and support, making their journey with us extraordinary. * Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards.

**Working Hours**

* Flexible scheduling options available, including full-time and part-time positions.
* Rotating shifts may be required to accommodate customer needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
* Must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, with the possibility of additional hours as needed.

**Required Skills**

* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
* Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the airline or travel industry.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain calm under pressure.
* Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.
* Flexibility to work in a remote environment with a stable internet connection.

**Preferred Qualifications**
