Xometry’s digital marketplace gives manufacturers the critical resources they need to grow their business while also making it easy for engineers and purchasers at start-ups, mid-sized, and large companies to tap into global manufacturing capacity.We are looking for a Seles Engineer who will strengthen our Sales team.Functional responsibilities:Technical Sales Support: Serve as the primary technical resource for the sales team, delivering expert advice and support throughout the sales process.Solution Design: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand requirements and design tailored technical solutions that meet customer needs and align with our capabilities.Client Engagement: Participate in client meetings and presentations, providing technical insights and resolving queries to build trust and secure business.Sales Team Training: Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the sales team’s understanding of technical concepts and manufacturing processes.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with the Engineering, Product Management, and Customer Support teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions and enhance overall service offerings.Technical Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for technical solutions, processes, and client requirements.Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends and advancements to continually improve technical offerings and propose innovative solutions.Requirements for applicantsGraduate engineering degree4+ years of experience in metalworking / mechanical engineeringExpert knowledge of various metalworking methods: CNC machining, sheet metal working, 3D printingGood knowledge of French and English.
