Calling (100+ calls a day, click to dial), emailing, and chatting with Trial leads to generate curiosity and intrigue, leading to proper qualification and scheduling with our Account Executives
Nurturing free-use customers long-term until they are ready to grow into our paid solutions
Reaching out to Nurtured, Closed Lost, and Churned customers to spark new interest
Keeping great notes in the CRM and sharing feedback with leadership to guide strategy
Following up on no-shows to get them back on the calendar
Joining AE calls you set as part of your development to the next role
Creating instant meetings when both the prospect and an AE are immediately available

HS Diploma/GED
1-2 years SDR experience (Inbound or Outbound)
Exposure to SaaS, UCaaS, Digital Marketing, or other similar solutions
Able to adhere to best practices in time management and organization
Proven ability to influence prospects over email, phone, or chat
Solid time management and multi-tasking skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience working with SMBs
Comfortable navigating a CRM and dialing platforms
Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization
Bonus Points:

AE/CS/AM experience
SaaS experience (especially non-commodities)
Service industry experience (sold to, employed by)
Sales awards and recognition
HubSpot proficiency
Start up experience
Experience in the field service industry (HVAC, Plumbing, Locksmith, Construction, etc…)


Expected salary: $70000 - 90000 per year
