Sales Development Representative (SDR)
About the role This role is responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities for our sales team. The Sales Development Representative plays a key role in prospecting, engaging potential customers, and setting up qualified meetings for Regional Sales Directors. This role is ideal for a self-motivated, results-driven individual looking to build a career in sales. What you'll do Research and identify potential customers using various lead-generation techniques to build a strong pipeline. Qualify inbound leads by assessing potential customer fit based on company criteria. Schedule meetings and product demos for Regional Sales Directors to drive the sales process forward. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates. Maintain accurate CRM records by updating customer data and tracking all interactions. Stay informed on industry trends, company offerings, and competitors to position Heggerty’s solutions effectively. Close small-business deals and contribute to revenue growth by converting qualified leads into customers. Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales development targets.
