Sales Development Representative
Meyer Lab is an innovative industrial chemical manufacturer seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their dynamic sales team. The SDR will be responsible for prospecting, cold calling, and qualifying potential leads to schedule pre-qualified sales appointments, playing a critical role in expanding the customer base and driving revenue growth.ResponsibilitiesConduct high-volume outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and social media outreachGenerate and qualify leads by engaging with potential customers and understanding their needsSchedule pre-qualified sales appointments for Outside Sales ManagersUtilize company-provided tools and CRM software to manage leads and track outreach effortsOvercome objections effectively and build strong rapport with prospectsExecute targeted email campaigns to nurture relationships and drive engagementMaintain accurate records in the CRM, including call notes, lead status updates, and scheduled appointmentsMeet or exceed performance metrics, including daily call targets, email outreach, appointment setting, and revenue goalsCollaborate with Sales Managers and Business Development Teams to optimize lead generation strategiesParticipate in weekly team meetings, training sessions, and professional development activitiesContribute to special projects and initiatives as directed by leadershipSkillsStrong work ethic and proven track record of meeting or exceeding goalsExcellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environmentMust have a dedicated, distraction-free workspace for remote workHigh-speed internet connection (employee-provided)Availability to work in-office several times per month as scheduled (unless approved for out-of-state work)Experience using CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce, or NetSuite preferred)Experience with RingCentral or calling center platforms and ZoomInfo for prospecting is preferredPrior experience in sales, business development, or a call center environment is a plusBenefitsCompetitive benefits package401(k) with company matchFantastic company culture with a work hard, play hard mentalityIn-depth and continuous training program to help you exceed monthly goals$500 after 30 days of employment with satisfactory training progress, as determined by management$500 upon completing your first 50 appointments$500 after 60 days of employment with satisfactory overall progress, as determined by management$1,000 retention bonus after 6 months of successful employmentCompany OverviewMeyer is a US-based chemical manufacturer focused on delivering customized industrial cleaning programs that address our customers' most critical needs.
