This is a contract role through Magnit for Consumers Energy. This is a remote position.
Responsibilities:
ā¢ Maintains records, standard letters, documents, forms, and multiple databases through data entry, manual filing and other applications.
ā¢ Prepare and utilize basic spreadsheets to support Real Estate efforts -Scan documents, upload into LPM, and enter right of way information into ROW database
ā¢ Prepare notification letters and mailing labels
ā¢ Process requests for certificates of insurance and posting of bonds by completing and submitting appropriate forms
ā¢ Prepare and/or send correspondence, fax transmittals, or overnight documents.
ā¢ Submit documents for recording to county recorder or clerk offices.
Requirements:
ā¢ Must have excellent attention to detail and possess good analytical skills.
ā¢ Demonstrated ability to plan and organize workload, adjust to changing priorities, and work well under pressure with supervision.
ā¢ Must have a minimum of 2 years experience of working in an office environment (preferably related to the Right of Way/Real Estate industry).
Hourly Pay Rate Range (dependent on location, experience, expectation)
The pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position is: $17.50 - $21.90/hr
