As a Sales Development Representative, you will generate new business by qualifying leads and driving outbound campaigns while collaborating closely with marketing and product teams to enhance sales opportunities.ResponsibilitiesQualify leads based on our user, presenter and customer databasesDeal with global organizations in over 220 different countriesPresent and hand-over qualified leads to Account Executives and Relationship ManagersContinuously improve the processes, analysis, and tactics used by Mentimeter SalesProspect and qualify new leadsCold outreach to various prospects via phone, email, or LinkedinWork along side Account Executives to progress leads in the sales cycle and close dealsOccasionally run meetings and demos for prospective clientsSkillsExperience ranging from either prospecting leads, cold-calling, qualifying leads, driving entries sales process, closing new business, researching good fit organizations and/or data driven market researchAbility and some experience assessing business opportunities using data for informative decision makingEntrepreneurial mindsetAmbitious and result-orientedFlexible mindset and open to new ways of workingGrowth mindsetYou are required to have professional-level English - we sell to more than 220 countries globally todayExcellent communication skillsExperience working as an SDR or BDR in the SaaS industry is a plus but not neededBenefitsAccess to a leadership program (including external personal coach)Relevant educationCompetitive compensation and benefits packagePension contributionsHealthy view on work-life balanceCompany OverviewAn interactive presentation software.
