What you will do

As an Intern on the Digital Integration team, you will turn your classroom skills into real-world experience in a lively, fast-paced environment. You will have the opportunity to grow your digital content creation and planning skills with our innovative team, leading all aspects of Disney Parks' social media channels and blog. We are Disney Park's official flagship social media team – everything we work on; we publish on social media!

Required Experience
• Shown proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience with WordPress or similar online blog tools, content management systems, and image/video editing software.
• Excellent oral/written communication and presentation skills.
• In-depth understanding of social media platforms and current trends.

Preferred Experience
• Previous internships in digital marketing/social media.
• Experience with Sprinklr or similar social content management platforms.
• Passionate about the Disney brand or previous Disney experience.

Education
• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree (or recent graduate) in Social Media, Communications, Journalism, Digital Media, or other relevant area.
• Be enrolled in an accredited college/university taking at least one class in the semester/quarter (spring/fall) prior to participation in the internship program OR have graduated from a college/university within 6 months at the time of application posting OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship.

Required Materials

An electronic online portfolio with recent and relevant work is required as part of this application process. This can be from previous internships and personal and/or college courses. This portfolio should be included as a URL link listed on your resume.

Eligibility Requirements & Program Information

Candidates for this opportunity should meet all of the below requirements:
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have not completed one year of continual employment on a Disney internship or program.
• Possess unrestricted work authorization.

Additional Information
• Be aligned with The Disney Look appearance guidelines.
• Able to have a consistent, reliable work schedule throughout the internship.
• The approximate dates of this internship are January 2025 through June 2025.
• Able to work FULL-TIME hours (approximately 40 per week) for the duration of the internship.
• Able to provide/have reliable transportation to/from work.
