Sales Development Representative
Tennr is focused on improving the referral process in healthcare by ensuring timely and accurate communication between doctors and specialists. As a Sales Development Representative, you will generate new business leads in the Healthcare and Insurance sectors, utilizing your communication skills to create a strong pipeline of prospective clients.ResponsibilitiesConduct targeted outreach to potential clients in the Healthcare and Insurance sectors, through calls, emails, and social media channelsQualify leads, understanding their needs and determining how Tennr's solutions can address their challengesSchedule meetings and demonstrations between potential clients and our sales teamCollaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and refine lead generation strategiesMaintain and update customer information in our CRM systemMeet and exceed monthly targets for qualified opportunitiesSkillsPrior experience in sales development, lead generation, or a similar roleExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to quickly grasp and articulate complex technological conceptsDriven, self-motivated, and results-oriented with a passion for salesStrong understanding of the Healthcare and Insurance industries is a plusBenefitsUnlimited PTO100% paid employee health benefit optionsEmployer-funded 401(k) matchCompetitive parental leaveFree lunch!
