Sales Development Representative
Camping World is seeking a Sales Development Representative to support the growth of the Overnight Stays host network through proactive outreach and relationship building. The role involves engaging potential hosts, educating them on program benefits, and coordinating with the Sales Manager to ensure a high-quality acquisition experience.ResponsibilitiesServe as an initial point of contact for prospective Overnight Stays hosts across inbound inquiries, referrals, and targeted outreachEducate potential hosts on program structure, participation requirements, and member expectationsAssess host fit based on defined criteria and readiness to participateAdhere to team SLA / SOPsCoordinate qualified opportunities and handoffs to Sales ManagersConduct structured outbound outreach to prospective hosts identified through internal lists, partnerships, and regional prioritiesManage follow-up sequences to maintain engagement and progress hosts through early acquisition stagesPersonalize outreach based on host type, geography, or industry where appropriateMaintain accurate records of host interactions, status, and next steps in CRMTrack progress against weekly and monthly engagement and qualification targetsCollaborate closely with Operations, Partnerships, and Marketing to align on priorities and lead flowSurface insights on host feedback, objections, and common questions to inform program optimizationSupport ongoing process improvements to increase efficiency and conversion across the funnelSkills1–3 years of experience in customer-facing, coordination, or business development rolesStrong written and verbal communication skills with a professional, consultative approachBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or similar fieldHighly organized with the ability to manage follow-ups, tasks, and competing prioritiesComfortable engaging new contacts and initiating conversationsDetail-oriented with experience working in CRM or workflow tools (HubSpot preferred)Ability to Travel 5-10% of the timeCollaborative, coachable, and motivated by contributing to team-based goalsBenefitsPaid Time Off401(k)Employee Assistance ProgramGood Sam Roadside AssistanceDiscountsPaid parental leave (if eligibility is met)Tuition Reimbursement (if eligibility is met)On the job training opportunitiesComprehensive benefit package including medical, dental, vision and moreAccess to dental & vision coverageCompany OverviewCamping World is an American corporation specializing in selling parts and service for recreational vehicles and supplies for camping.
