Project/Course Delivery Manager LD

Riveron India is seeking an experienced Project / Course Delivery Manager – L&D. This role is responsible for managing the execution and implementation of learning programs, ensuring timely delivery, coordination across stakeholders, and smooth rollout of learning initiatives. Who You Are: You are excellent in delivering high quality training programs and project management You have strong stakeholder communication You have strong knowledge of LMS administration You are capable of program rollout and implementation You have strong skill in data tracking and reporting You are good at process management What You’ll Do: Design and deliver (including facilitation where required) high‑quality training programs (soft skills) aligned with business priorities, capability gaps, and stakeholder expectations. Partner with business leaders and SMEs to assess training needs, customize content, and ensure effective knowledge transfer and learner engagement. Track training effectiveness and outcomes, leveraging feedback, assessments, and performance metrics to continuously improve delivery quality and impact. Own end-to-end implementation of learning programs and initiatives Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation for learning projects. Coordinate with instructional designers, SMEs, and development teams. Track milestones, risks, and dependencies. Manage LMS deployment and course rollouts. Monitor learner participation and completion metrics. Ensure effective communication between stakeholders and L&D team members. Maintain documentation and implementation processes. Manage multiple concurrent learning initiatives in a fast-paced, high-volume delivery environment.
