Also, to help promote our booth / presence at trade shows via pre-event outreach. Note: All applications must be submitted in English. Responsibilities: Outbound Engagement: Focus 80%+ of your time on outbound calls and emails to engage SMB prospects. Product Representation: Represent Applause with integrity, passion, professionalism, and a deep understanding of the product’s features and benefits. Prospect Education: Help cold prospects understand the value of Applause software, building awareness and interest. Demo Scheduling: Set qualified demos for interested SMB prospects to meet with AEs, facilitating pipeline growth. Trade Show Engagement: Call trade show attendees, encourage booth visits, and follow up to nurture leads. Qualifications: Sales Experience: 1–2+ years of experience in outbound B2B SaaS sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding SDR quotas. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage SMB decision-makers effectively. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with using sales CRMs (e.g., HubSpot or Salesforce) to manage prospecting and pipeline activities. High-Volume Activity: Comfortable making 200+ outbound calls per day in a fast-paced environment. Time Management: Strong organizational skills and the ability to balance high activity levels with effective follow-ups. Remote Effectiveness: Proven ability to work in a remote environment with excellent time management, a reliable internet connection, and zero noticeable latency. Work Flexibility: Ability to work an 8-hour shift within the hours of 7 AM – 7 PM EST to support client needs and outreach strategies.
