Sales Development Representative
Display Sales is an experience creation company that specializes in commercial holiday decorations, banners, and flags. They are seeking a motivated, entry-level Sales Development Representative to help drive growth by creating new opportunities for the sales team through inbound lead qualification and outbound prospecting. Responsibilities Qualify inbound leads and determine next steps Conduct outbound outreach (calls, emails, follow-ups) to generate new opportunities Schedule meetings and hand off qualified opportunities to Account Managers Maintain consistent daily activity to build pipeline Research prospects and identify new opportunities Support the sales team with quotes, order details, and customer communication Confirm order details and ensure accuracy before handoff to operations Track all activity in CRM (Salesforce or similar) Collaborate with sales and operations teams to deliver a strong customer experience Skills 0–2 years of experience (sales, customer service, hospitality, or similar) Strong communication skills (phone + email) Willingness to make outbound calls and handle rejection positively Organized, detail-oriented, and coachable Self-motivated with a strong work ethic CRM or Microsoft Office experience is a plus, not required Benefits Medical, Dental & Vision insurance Generous PTO and paid holidays 401k with employer match Company Overview Display Sales is an experience creation company.
