Sales Development Representative

Odoo is an open-source enterprise resource planning platform that helps companies manage their operations. The Sales Development Representative role focuses on outbound prospecting and guiding leads through the sales process, providing an opportunity to develop full-cycle closing skills in a supportive environment. Responsibilities Proactively prospect and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and in-person visits Drive the full sales cycle: discovery, demo, follow-up, negotiation, and closing Learn how to tailor outreach and demo strategies to match the unique needs of each prospect Represent Odoo at events, trade shows, and on-site visits to connect with decision-makers Collaborate with team members and managers to sharpen your closing techniques Maintain CRM accuracy to track progress and pipeline movement Meet and exceed activity goals and sales targets Skills Strong interest in gaining real closing experience and building full-cycle sales skills Excellent communication and active listening skills Motivation to learn, grow, and take ownership of your deals Experience in SaaS or tech sales is a plus, but not required 1+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in an SDR/BDR role involving outbound work Exposure to business software (CRM, ERP, accounting, inventory, POS, etc.) Experience representing a company at trade shows or events Collaborative mindset and a desire to contribute to a growing team Benefits Healthcare Dental Vision Life Insurance Flexible Spending Account Health Savings Account 401K Matching Commuter Benefits PTO (Paid-time-off) Paid sick days Paid holidays Employee Assistance Program: 3 X 1-hour telehealth calls with certified mental health professionals $100 towards a work-from-home office setup Evolve in a nice working atmosphere with a passionate, growing team!
