The Customer Service Representative will assist the organization with enhancing customer satisfaction, increasing service, and building meaningful customer relationships. Responsibilities Receiving, processing, and coordinating all incoming sales inquiries Respond to internet, phone and chat/text inquires Generating sales appointments and confirming sales team is prepared Entering all customer data into our database Maintain a positive relationship with customers Skills High School Diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license Must be organized, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment Previous customer service experience preferred but not required Benefits Generous paid time off policy Monthly bonuses up to $750!
