Employees are driven to make an impact, offer a unique value and most importantly, be part of a winning team.As a Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for quoting via Salesforce, order processing multiple orders in a day, supporting perpetual to cloud licenses, helping with support ticket escalations, and acting as an out of office back up. You will also work closely with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure a smooth and efficient sales process.To be successful as a Sales Coordinator, you should have excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. You should also have a strong knowledge of SOTI One products and services, as well as Salesforce and other CRM tools. What You'll Do Prepare and send quotes to customers via Salesforce.Process orders and invoices accurately and timelySupport the Account Manager and other sales staff with their daily tasks and responsibilities.Support perpetual cloud licenses and ensure a smooth transition for customers.Help with support ticket escalations and follow up with customers until resolution.Act as an out-of-office back up for the Senior Account Manager and other sales staffCoordinate with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.Maintain and update customer records and sales data in Salesforce and other CRM tools.Generate and analyze sales reports and provide feedback and suggestions for improvement.Experience You'll Bring1–2-year customer/partner-facing experiencePrevious experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Assistant, or similar role in a SAAS companyProficient in Salesforce and other CRM toolsExcellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skillsStrong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team.Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of SAAS products and services and industry trends#LI-HJ1If you want to bring your ideas to life, apply at SOTI today.Please note that SOTI does not accept unsolicited resumes from recruiters or employment agencies.
