Sales Administrator
The Sales Administrator keeps Meanwhile’s sales engine running smoothly by processing orders, managing customer accounts, and keeping communication tight between customers, drivers, and the team. This critical role is all about staying organized—handling CRM data, invoicing, reporting, and compliance—while delivering great customer service. Working closely with the Director of Sales, they help solve problems quickly and keep everything moving efficiently day to day.

Sales AdministratorHiring Date: Spring 2026Our Sales Admin…Processes orders from bars, restaurants, convenience stores, and all other accounts via email or phoneOnboards new customers into our CRM software, specifically EkosDirects inquiries and donation request to the appropriate departmentsSubmits label approvals through the TTB and TABCHas a strong knowledge of Meanwhile’s beer and service capabilitiesChecks data accuracy in orders and invoicesCollects payment from customers and record transactions on invoices and company logsLiaises with customers, delivery drivers, and sales reps to ensure timely deliveriesMaintains and updates sales & customer recordsDevelops monthly sales reports, as well as expense reportsCommunicates important feedback from customers internallyHas strong communication, planning, and organizational skills.Requirements to Apply:This is a full-time position – Monday-Friday, with occasional overtimeHigh School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferredProven work experience as a Sales Administrator or Sales Support AgentHands on Experience with CRM software, MS Office, or Google Drive is a plus.
