Join Our Flash Team as a Sales Admin Support in the Dominican Republic! Flash is seeking a Sales Administrator with strong sales and administrative skills and a passion for working in a sales-driven environment. In this role, you will manage inbound and outbound calls and emails, assist with sales-related inquiries, and collaborate with the sales team to ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process, ensuring every client feels supported and valued. Location: Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic; Hybrid Travel: 0% Language: Spoken and written fluency in English and Spanish required What You'll Do: Support regional managers with contract executions. Maintain direct communication with regional managers to route their requests to the appropriate departments. Create quotes for potential customers. Assist customers with reactivating and canceling locations in the system. Support Accounts Receivable with contract requests for invoicing purposes. Accurately document customer interactions (calls, follow-ups, escalations, reporting), Flash ticketing system. What You Bring: Technical Skills Experience with Salesforce. Prior sales knowledge and experience. Proficiency in iOS and Windows PC environments and their components. Experience using ticketing systems. Soft Skills Able to work independently, stay focused, and deliver results. Critical thinking, proven ability to solve complex problems, and recommend solutions. Naturally curious and driven to identify solutions. Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with clear communication skills. Business-level fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken). Qualifications: 2+ years in a sales-related role or administrative work Bilingual in Spanish and English (written and spoken, business-level).
