Stay up-to-date on current and upcoming market regulation changes and ensure clients are aware and in compliance. Use your deep understanding of PBM regulations to advise and guide clients on compliance matters. Collaborate with clients to develop and implement compliance improvement plans, including identifying and resolving any compliance risks or issues. Conduct training sessions for clients on PBM regulations and guidelines to ensure understanding and compliance within their organization. Perform thorough research and analysis to identify potential compliance risks and provide recommendations for improvement. Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates on regulatory changes and any compliance issues that may arise. Utilize your strong attention to detail to review contracts, policies, and procedures for compliance with PBM regulations. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement best practices for PBM compliance. Serve as a subject matter expert on PBM regulations and compliance, providing guidance and support to colleagues and clients. Maintain accurate and organized documentation of all compliance activities and findings. Continuously evaluate and improve compliance processes and procedures to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.
