AWS Cloud & Kubernetes DevOps Engineer
We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps/Cloud Infrastructure Engineer with experience in cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes operations, observability, automation, and enterprise platform management. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams.
Required Technical Skills
ā¢ Design, deploy, and maintain cloud infrastructure using AWS services, including:
ā¢ EC2
ā¢ EFS
ā¢ RDS
ā¢ Application Load Balancer (ALB)
ā¢ IAM
ā¢ S3
ā¢ Implement infrastructure best practices for security, scalability, reliability, and performance.
ā¢ Manage, operate, and troubleshoot Kubernetes/EKS clusters.
ā¢ Experience with Kubernetes deployments, integrations, upgrades, and cluster maintenance.
ā¢ Hands-on experience with:
ā¢ Helm chart deployment and management
ā¢ KEDA for event-driven autoscaling
ā¢ NGINX Ingress Controller or NGINX Gateway
ā¢ Experience with observability and monitoring tools, including:
ā¢ Prometheus
ā¢ Alertmanager
ā¢ Grafana
ā¢ Splunk
ā¢ Monitor system performance, availability, reliability, and capacity.
ā¢ Proactively identify and resolve infrastructure and application issues.

ā¢ Knowledge of pgvector or vector-based database extensions.

ā¢ Manage Kubernetes/EKS environments and support application deployments.

ā¢ Create and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and operational procedures.
ā¢ Develop and execute backup, recovery, and disaster recovery processes.
ā¢ Perform system performance tuning and capacity planning.
ā¢ Troubleshoot complex infrastructure and application issues.
ā¢ Ensure adherence to operational best practices and security standards.

ā¢ Strong hands-on experience with AWS (e.g., EC2, EFS, RDS, ALB, IAM, S3, Lambda)
ā¢ Experience managing and troubleshooting Kubernetes/EKS (i.e., deployments, integrations, configuration)
ā¢ Experience with document generation or automation platforms (e.g., SmartDocuments, DocuSign CLM, Adobe PDF Services)
ā¢ Experience with Linux and Windows environments
ā¢ Scripting skills for system automation, configuration management, and troubleshooting
