We’re launching a free AI-powered chatbot designed to help real estate professionals - developers, investors, and agents, dramatically reduce the time spent on zoning research, permitting insights, and property valuation. We're looking for a digital marketing contractor with experience launching SaaS products , ideally tools with viral or freemium growth strategies, to lead the go-to-market launch of this tool. Your mission is to generate early user traction and organic buzz through smart, scrappy execution. Key Responsibilities: Create and execute a launch strategy focused on virality and user engagement Drive influencer outreach (especially micro-creators in real estate, investing, or AI niches) Oversee content planning, especially short-form video (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) Launch the product on channels like Product Hunt, Reddit, Hacker News, and niche communities Coordinate landing page messaging and growth loops (e.g. referrals, shareables) Track performance metrics and iterate on the strategy Requirements: 3+ years experience in SaaS marketing or product launches Experience launching freemium or B2C/B2B2C SaaS products Familiarity with organic social, influencer marketing, and early-stage growth tactics Able to work independently, manage deliverables, and move quickly Excellent written and verbal communication skills Nice to Have: Background or familiarity with real estate, PropTech, or development workflows Experience marketing AI tools, chatbots, or productivity software Community-building or campaign experience on Reddit, Discord, or niche forums Apply tot his job
