As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate, you'll be at the forefront of this mission, working closely with customers, Delivery Service Partners, and our internal teams to ensure seamless delivery experiences.

**Role and Responsibilities**

As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate, you'll play a critical role in resolving customer inquiries, investigating delivery issues, and providing exceptional support to our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

* Conducting real-time investigations to locate customer orders and identify solutions to prevent delays
* Contacting customers directly via phone and/or email to confirm delivery details and resolve issues
* Acting as an interface between customers and Delivery Service Partners to identify root causes, solve problems, and arrange for re-delivery when necessary
* Working variable hours to match customer demand, including day shifts, weekend shifts, and national holidays
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve delivery processes

**What We're Looking For**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* A strong command of Dutch, German, and English languages (written and oral fluency – minimum C1 level)
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Intermediate computer literacy and ability to learn new software and systems quickly
* Availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within the operating hours of 11:00 am to 7:30 pm
* Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and overtime as required
* A hard-working, articulate, and detail-oriented approach to work
* Friendly and customer-focused attitude in every situation
* Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing situations
