SaaS Implementation Manager

Job Description:
• Join our growing team at Vetcove, and help us transform how veterinarians buy the supplies they need to keep America's pets healthy.
• As a Platform Implementation Manager at Vetcove, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end onboarding of veterinary clinics onto our platform.
• You'll be the primary point of contact for clinics during implementation, while collaborating cross-functionally with product, engineering, strategy, and support teams.
• Own the entire implementation lifecycle—from project planning to go-live.
• Act as the key liaison between veterinary clinics and internal teams, delivering a seamless onboarding experience.
• Define project goals, success metrics, and deliverables aligned with client needs and business priorities.
• Assist and guide clinics through a migration of their existing workflows to a new platform.
• Build and manage project plans and timelines; identify and resolve blockers proactively.
• Deliver training, troubleshoot issues, and support clients through system configuration, data imports, and integrations.
• Regularly communicate updates to internal stakeholders and client leadership to ensure transparency and alignment.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to launch new features or integrations within the implementation workflow.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
• 4+ years managing complex software implementation projects, preferably in a SaaS or tech-enabled services environment
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences
• Proficiency in project management tools and experience building timelines and status reports
• Experience working with clinics, healthcare providers, or other medical environments is a plus but not required
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed (up to 10–15%)
