**Job Summary**

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team on a temporary basis, with the potential for permanent employment. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer support, answering calls, and responding to queries. **Key Responsibilities**

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

* Delivering exceptional customer support by answering calls and responding to queries in a respectful and patient manner
* Assisting customers with medical insurance questions, ensuring each interaction is handled with empathy and understanding
* Accurately documenting call content in real-time, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide seamless support
* Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry developments to provide informed support to customers

**Schedule**

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll work a flexible schedule that includes:

* Work Hours: Tuesday through Saturday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
* Training: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5 PM (approximately the first 2 weeks)
* Rotating holidays as needed

**Compensation and Benefits**

**Essential Qualifications**

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

**Preferred Qualifications**

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:

* Experience in the healthcare industry or a related field
* Familiarity with medical insurance products and services
* Certification in customer service or a related field
* Proficiency in multiple software applications, including CRM systems and productivity tools
