Job Requirements -
Education Requirements:
ā¢ High school diploma or equivalent with specialized respiratory therapy training.
ā¢ Associate's Degree in Respiratory Therapy or related program
Certifications Requirements:
ā¢ WV RT License
ā¢ PALS
ā¢ ACLS
ā¢ BLS
Experience Requirements:
ā¢ At least 1 year of relevant respiratory therapy experience
ā¢ Experience working in hospital or long-term care settings
ā¢ Prior travel or temporary staffing experience preferred
Other Requirements:
ā¢ - Ability to work day, evening, and night shifts -
ā¢ Strong communication and interpersonal skills -
ā¢ Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Responsibilities
ā¢ Provide advanced respiratory therapy interventions in both hospital and long-term care settings.
ā¢ Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
ā¢ Maintain accurate documentation of all patient treatments and responses.
ā¢ Monitor and adjust respiratory care procedures based on patient progress.
ā¢ Execute emergency respiratory procedures as needed in critical situations.
