PAY:
Traveler Pay: $1960 weekly including stipend for 40 hours.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Position - RN Utilization Review (Remote)
Location - 20555 Earl St Torrance, CA 90503
JOB DETAILS:
Full Time - 8 weeks contract
Shift - 5x8 hours Days
Work Location - Remote
Required Experience & Qualifications:
3+ years of acute medical Care Manager / Utilization Management experience performing utilization review in a hospital setting
InterQual experience required — hard stop
Experience working with HMOs, IPAs, and related payer structures
Epic proficiency required, with recent use within the last 6–12 months
Strong knowledge of Medicare regulations and UM processes, including: CC44s, ABNs, HINNs, and MCSNs
Patient Ratio Experience: 1:40
REQUIREMENT:
3+ years of experience within specialty
BLS & CA state License
