We are currently hiring full-time Registered Nurses (RNs) who are committed to delivering the best care and enhancing the quality of life for our residents. Our staffing model features unique incentives, providing an exciting opportunity for dynamic individuals ready to join our team.
RN Medical Responsibilities:
• Overseeing resident admissions, discharges, and transfers
• Managing medication requisitions with pharmacy and physicians
• Administering medications accurately and safely
• Following infection control, emergency procedures, and other facility policies
• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to provide the best outcomes for residents
• Monitoring and reporting changes in residents' conditions in accordance with center policies
RN Medical Requirements:
• RN license required by the state
• CPR certification mandatory
• One year of nursing experience preferred
