RN - Clinical Supervisor - Night Shifts
St. Patrick's Home Rehabilitation and Health Care is actively seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor for the Night Shift for our Skilled Nursing Facility in the Bronx, NY.
Duties:
Ā Maintain nursing guidelines by writing and updating policies and procedures
Ā Complete Resident care requirements by scheduling and assigning nursing staff
Ā Establish a compassionate environment by providing support to Residents and their families
Ā Provide information to Residents and Staff by answering questions and requests
Ā Maintain safe and clean working environment by following procedures, rules, and regulations
Ā Maintain Resident confidence by monitoring confidential information processing
Ā Maintain documentation of Resident care services by auditing Resident and department records
Ā Maintain nursing supplies inventory and other responsibilities as required
Requirements:
Ā Must hold valid RN License
Ā Long Term Care Experience
Ā Basic computer skills
Ā Excellent communication skills and strong team player
