In this role, you will:
Develop cutting-edge data pipelines, optimization, and simulation models to design and operate our global supply chain efficiently
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders, to gather inputs and understand business processes
Utilize operations research methodologies to solve complex business problems and provide insights to leadership teams
Interpret results from models and develop clear, concise inferences to influence decision-making with senior leadership teams
About You:
4-year degree in quantitative disciplines (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) or equivalent experience
PhD or MS in Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, or equivalent work experience
3+ years of experience in retail supply chain or equivalent domain experience
Demonstrated industry experience in probability, statistics, optimization, and simulation
Strong experience in SQL and programming in Python or R
Extensive knowledge of supply chain concepts, including forecasting, inventory planning, optimization, and logistics
