Job Title: RFP & Grant Writer Location: Remote Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $85,000 - Eligible for a year end bonus; up to 20% based on performance. Date Posted: December 4, 2025 About the Role Clarvida is hiring an RFP & Grant Writer to join our remote team. This full-time position plays a pivotal role in advancing Clarvida’s growth strategy by crafting compelling proposals and grant applications that directly support state leaders and their business, program, and operational goals. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with regional and state-level leadership to identify funding opportunities, develop persuasive narratives, and ensure proposals align with funder, county, and state priorities. While the focus will be on RFP development, prior grant writing experience is highly beneficial. Responsibilities • Partner with Clarvida’s state leaders to understand local RFP opportunities, program needs, and growth priorities • Research and identify RFP and grant opportunities from databases, government agencies, and other sources • Write, edit, and submit high-quality RFPs, grant proposals, letters of inquiry, and supporting documentation • Develop tailored proposals that highlight the unique impact of Clarvida’s services in each state • Maintain an RFP and grants calendar to track deadlines, submissions, and reporting requirements • Collaborate with operations, finance, program, and compliance teams to collect data, budgets, and outcomes • Ensure timely and accurate reporting on awarded RFPs and grants • Maintain detailed records of all activities and outcomes Required Qualifications • Minimum 3 years of experience in RFP and/or grant writing or proposal development, preferably within the nonprofit, behavioral health, or human services sector • Proven track record of securing funding from RFPs, private foundations, corporations, and/or government agencies • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills with strong attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Compensation & Benefits • Competitive salary based on experience • DailyPay – Access your earnings early • Paid vacation days (increases with tenure) • Separate sick leave (rolls over annually) • Up to 10 paid holidays (varies by region) • Medical, dental, and vision insurance • HSA & FSA options • 401(k) with employer match • Employee Assistance Program (EAP) • Pet insurance • Perks @ Clarvida – Verizon discounts, entertainment deals & more Work Location Remote Employment Type Full-time How to Apply If you’re a strong communicator with a passion for storytelling and impact-driven work, we encourage you to apply.
