Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Part-Time Customer Experience Banker to join our team in Kentwood, MI. As a Customer Experience Banker, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, growing customer relationships, and promoting careerzynith's products and services. Duties & Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service and effectively resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
Be proficient in understanding and educating customers on consumer deposit products, including savings accounts, checking accounts, and other banking services.
Proactively identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process, new customer follow-up program, outbound calling, and sourcing referrals from customers and partners.
Educate and refer customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships and build a strong partnership.
Adhere to all operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures.
Demonstrate acumen in sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, communication, and presentation.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Basic Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED.
Minimum of 1 year customer service or military service in an administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar role.
Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
1 year or more in customer service in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales.
Cash handling skills.
Comfort with technology, including mobile services and online banking services.
